Flavor Profile
Nineteenth-century Château Canet is one of the leading domaines in southern France’s Minervois region. Its 100+ acres of vines are ringed by olive groves, pine forests and more farmland. While the estate’s surroundings are enchanting, the wines are even more so—as you’ll taste with this dazzling white Réserve.
Proprietor Floris Lemstra knew his ancient Roussanne and Bourboulenc vines (‘vieilles vignes’) had helped him produce something really special.
Château Canet is a classic Minervois white, offering up vibrant citrus and tropical fruit characters, plus hints of delicate floral spice notes. If you’re looking for a perfect white to serve with seafood (sushi is Floris’ favorite match), grilled chicken or roasted turkey, look no further and Add to Cart today (before everyone else beats you to it).
