Château Guyon la Roseraie 2022

Flavor Profile
Château Guyon la Roseraie is a silky Bordeaux from the Humbert family's estate in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region. It's a classic Merlot–Cabernet Sauvignon–Cabernet Franc blend offering plush red fruit, soft tannins and an elegant finish.
The Humberts' estate (also called Château Guyon la Roseraie) spans 23 hectares of vineyards. Located in the village of Rimons—which dates back to the 12th century—and 19 miles from Saint-Émilion, the property lies at a place known as Guyon. The name La Roseraie translates to "the rose garden," evoking the charm and elegance that define this estate.
The family has passionately cultivated this land for over two decades, and Bernard Humbert has led the charge since 2000. With vines averaging 25 years old, the vineyard yields grapes of depth and complexity. The estate is HVE3 certified, France's official mark of commitment to sustainable, eco-friendly practices. Every plot is tended with care, and traditional tank vinification preserves the wine’s fresh, expressive character.
This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc is a stunner. Here's Bernard's tasting note: “Our wine is a beautiful deep red color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle spices. The palate is rounded with a velvety texture, making it smooth and elegant.”
Perfect for roasted chicken, grilled pork or a simple charcuterie board, this wine brings a touch of class to any table. Discover the beauty and balance of La Roseraie while it’s still under the radar.
