Flavor Profile
The Bouché family has made elegant Champagne since 1920. In 1989, fourth-generation winemakers Bruno and Bernadette Bouché founded Domaine B&B Bouché in southern France’s famed Limoux region, where the monks of the Abbaye de Saint Hilaire produced sparkling wine in 1531 (around 100 years before the legendary Dom Perignon made his name with bubbly).
Bruno and Bernadette’s beautiful Crémant de Limoux marries hand-harvested Chardonnay (80%) with splashes of Pinot Noir (10%) and Chenin Blanc (10%). Crafted in the same painstaking method as the family’s Champagne, it’s a sophisticated (and great-value) alternative to pricey Champagne.
As you pour, you’ll be greeted by fresh citrus and orchard-fruit aromas, supported by classic brioche characters. On the palate, a delicate, creamy mousse introduces candied orange and smooth honey flavors. The perfect fizz for any special celebration, it’ll shine alongside hors d’oeuvres, shellfish or even grilled chicken.
If you’re ready to toast in style, add this fabulous French fizz to your cart.
