Domaine du Mas Ensoleillé hails from a tiny estate in Aix de Provence and is made with premium, old-vine Grenache and Syrah, all carefully hand harvested in the chilly night to lock in aromatic and flavor intensity.
Over to winemaker Jean-Jacques Dosetto on what to expect in the glass: “This rosé has really fruity-fresh aromas…kind of a mix of strawberry and black currant blossom. The palate reveals rich, ripe strawberry, orange zest, and passion fruit. I love sipping it as an aperitif, accompanied by a salmon tartare, a seafood terrine, or a pan-fried shrimp.”
