His ‘Blanc de Blancs’ cuvée (meaning a white wine made from white grapes) is a unique blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. As with all his top-notch wines, Opi and his team hand harvested the grapes from his favorite Mendoza vineyards to ensure only the best fruit made it into the wine. Last vintage, it won 91 points and a gold medal, and the 2022 release is just as impressive, with vibrant peach and honeysuckle flavors.
