Le Champ des Etoiles Chardonnay 2021
Le Champ des Etoiles is one of our most popular Pinot Noirs—so naturally, we wanted to bring you its “little sister” Chardonnay. Made in the image of top-notch white Burgundy, it’s citrusy, barrel aged and has an impressive gold-medal pedigree.
We're sorry, this wine is sold out.

But don't worry, you'll find plenty more handpicked wines here.

Beyond the Label

Le Champ des Etoiles (‘field of stars’) is one of our most popular Chardonnays and a great-value alternative to pricey Burgundy. And you can enjoy it for a price you’d be hard-pressed to find in the Côte d’Or.

Winemaker Mark Hoddy started with fruit from prime Languedoc sites. After a gentle pressing—key to the delicate flavors and silky texture—he escorted the “juice” back to his winery in Bordeaux (Le Chai au Quai—“a fabulous venture,” says Decanter). Mark also fermented the wine in French oak barrels, then treated part of it to brief barrel aging. All his care earned it a gold medal from Gilbert & Gaillard.

Fans of top-quality Chardonnay should pounce on this exclusive.
